Based on actual sales within the past three months, Chaletdoctors will produce regular figures collated by the French immobilier industry showing the fall and, incredibly, the rise in property prices in some of our most featured resorts.

As noted in our Latest News section, some resorts are most definitely resisting the global financial crises more than others.  

Perhaps because of the extensive development programme currently underway by the developers Intrawest in Flaine, it's showing a price increase overall of over 7%.  Other factors affecting prices in some resorts will be the sustained interest by investors from countries other than the U.K.

Resorts showing positive figures across mid-range property prices are:- La Clusaz 7.24%, Grand Bornand 7.68%, Les Houches 9.2%, Megeve 5.7%, Morzine 6.01%

Chamonix is showing a positive increase in value for its high end property, definitely proving that interest in buying remains in this world famous resort.
